  • Completed online course, The Gluteals and Their Link to Low-Back Pain, through IDEA Health and Fitness Association (August 2016).

  • Three-day Pilates Reformer workshop at Center of Balance, Mountain View (November 2015).

  • Lots went on in 2015!  Expanded my gym by purchasing equipment that helped with functional training (e.g. sandbells, body bars, medicine balls, and suspension trainer).  I like to incorporate a balance of both mobility and stability exercises, and off-load work (a weight is only on one side of the body).
