My Mission & Know-How
Mission
I provide guidance to my clients as they move their body in all planes of motion. That may include using their own bodyweight or using various forms of resistance. I strive to give clients a workout in which they've pushed themselves - nothing too extreme, though. My clients leave with a feeling of accomplishment. They come back because they want that same feeling again!
